Chancellor Philip Hammond Launches Fintech Alliance

While speaking at Innovate Finance Chancellor Philip Hammond launched the Fintech Alliance, a new platform to provide access to people, firms and information on the UK fintech market; “I’m delighted to welcome the launch today of the new Fintech Alliance – bringing together the UK’s FinTech network in one easily accessible ‘digital marketplace’,” Hammond told attendees at the Innovate Finance Global Summit according to AltFi; the alliance will be chaired by Alastair Lukes and is officially launching in June; the idea behind the alliance is for it to serve as a hub for investors, hiring, events, news and more.
