Citi announced 6 API partnerships with corporations in Hong Kong as they look to expand their digital banking services; Angel Ng, Citi country officer, Hong Kong and Macau, tells Banking Technology these partnerships are “just the beginning of Citi’s open API journey” and it is “working with other partners to launch more new services tailored to consumers’ digital lives”; the partnerships included a points API, a financial needs analysis API, an onboarding API and more.
