Lloyds is giving 2000 customers over the age of 70 a free tablet along and is also offering a dedicated phone line to help customers adjust to online banking; Lloyds is working with a digital skills training agency to make it possible; the specialist phone line will help customers access the internet as well as complete other online tasks; Fiona Cannon, a sustainable business director at Lloyds stated, “For many right now, staying connected and accessing vital services is difficult – and for those experiencing isolation, this also can have profound effects on their mental health.
