The CEO of UK challenger bank Tandem, Ricky Knox, said that his company has moved into a new 16,000 square foot office in London and plans to double their headcount by the end of the year to 230 people; Tandem hit 500,000 customers last year when they had expected to hit only 150,000; they are looking to expand to Europe within the next year because “in a Brexit world, being a UK-only business is just a bad strategy”; Knox also said that Brexit was causing a “squeeze on talent, particularly on the technology side.” Source.
